Our 2007
On-Premise Wine Distribution Report was assembled from 10,500
restaurant wine lists compiled in 2006 from 20 states and
the District of Columbia. States represented include Arizona,
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois,
Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Missouri,
New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas
and Washington . Our sample is split 70/30 casual to fine
dining, with the average list having 87 entries. It is most
certainly the most comprehensive wine list sampling ever assembled
for a single year.
